Viewing card is not authorised

I'm getting this error

This viewing card is not authorised.  If you have a new card please insert it now.  For help go to skyviewinghelp.com

The URL doesn't work

 

I did order SkyQ a few months ago and cancelled the order and still received a new viewing card which I was told to keep.  I now can't find that card to see if it works

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You will need to get a new card from Sky as the old one will have automatically been canceled when you placed the Q order
