Viewing car is not authorised

I can no longer view sky channeks on my TV. A mesage comes up "This viewing card is not authorised".

I recently renewed my contract. The first payment was on 20th June

Just so you know, we're mainly customers here, like you.

 

You could try restarting your Sky box, by putting it in standby and then switching off at the plug for 4 minutes. If you're still seeing the same message when you turn back on, you'll need to contact Sky.

 

I'm not sure that they can help with this issue, but we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
