Message on screen says Viewing Card not Authorised. It has worked for Years and all payments are up to date.

Your viewing card will have been automatically cancelled
If Sky sent you a new card then pair that to the Sky Plus box otherwise you need Sky to send you a replacement viewing card

Yes, and the Engineer refused to fit due to our Broadband being a company system

@gary200866 as @Annie+UK posted ypur Sky+ is automatically scheduled for cancellation at some future ti,e- which is what has happened now. Unfortunately the process isn't reversed if the Sky Q installation doesn't go ahead.
Sly may tell you they can't send you a new Card and you'll have to upgrade. To the best of our knowledge that's not the case.
