Upgrading to Sky Q

Will I be able to transfer programmes I have recorded from Sky Plus to Sky Q

The default is 1TB so you would need to specifically ask for one  

 

Note also that  whilst all 2TB boxes are UHD there are still V1 boxes in use that are not HDR compatible so I would make sure you stress which version you are expecting and it is formally agreed to .

 

Note you may be charged more this.

 

N.B as per my notes 1TB boxes also have a non UHD version which only support 1 mini so again if you decide to accept a 1TB box get them to specify which version
