I need a new sky box as mine is very old

Sky+ equipment is now obsolete and can't be replaced. Give Sky a call to discuss an upgrade either to Sky Q or Sky Stream. .

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

You will need you "upgrade"

You've posted on the Sky+ board.Sky+ is no longer supported by Sky. You can't get a different box to work.

 

Contact Sky to potentially upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

The youngest Sky+ HD box is now a decade old: they ceased manufacturing in 2015 to make way for Sky Q (which is itself now being replaced)
