Unable to watch TV

Hello - when we turn our TV on we can get the listings up but we are unable to click on anything at all. There is no preview screen in the corner it's just blue... TV guide is showing all the listings correctly and when we click on something to watch nothing happens.

Check your signal strengths: Services > Settings > Signal

 

The white part of all four bars should be at least half way across.
