Unable to watch Sky Atlantic

Everytime I try to watch Sky Atlantic on demand, it asks me to upgrade my package. I have box sets and HD included in my package, and can watch Atlantic programs when they are on, just not on demand. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is please?
