Unable to record on tv

It states System Fault there is a problem with your Hard Disk Drive so recording and playback are unavailable

@DiGlenno you could try rebuilding your Planner, and if that doesn't work, carrying out a full System Reset, as described here.

 

If neither resolves it, I'm afraid the hard disk has failed.  You'll have to upgrade to Sky Q or Stream or possibly get the hard disk replaced by a local satellite technician.

Do not consider purchasing a second hand Sky+ box as the viewing card in your current faulty box will not pair with any other box.
