Failed download

Hi, I'm having issues downloading anything on my Sky+ box. Everything else works fine. I've rebooted and done likewise to my router but to no avail. Sky can only offer me an upgrade to Sky+ which I don't want. They also transferred me through to Sky Protect and asked me to delete my several items off my planner to get to 30% storage, but to no avail. Help

For changing your DNS settings on a Sky+ box, I forgot that my FAQ has the instructions, d'oh 🙂

Unable to download programmes

I can't download programmes. I've gone into Services for n my Sky TV and it says Telephone Line not connected but my landline telephone is working absolutely fine and so is my broadband. Tjeee Sky Customer Service Agents say there's a problem that many customers are experiencing. Yet, when I go onto the Sky website, it says there are no issues. What's going on?

@Llwynypia this has nothing to do with your telephone service. Is your broadband service provided by TalkTalk?

A Sky Employee has just posted on here and advised us against making those changes so I am gonna hold off for the time being.
