Tv won’t connect to internet

Had a power cut for no more than 30 seconds an hour or so ago and the internet won't connect back to the tv. It's working on my phone and iPad but says unable to connect to tv. Can you help with this at all?

Try turning both your Sky box and your broadband router off at the plug. Restart your router after 30 seconds and wait a further 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box. Then see if it will connect.
