Tv not working

Message on screen saying that there is no internet connection.

this has been after an outage last week. 
I have tried the settings button and reset but it's still not witkjng

 I have also pressed the reset on the back of the router for 30 seconds

@LisaRoberts  A no internet message woyukd not stop a Sky+HD box from working/showing live channels.

 

Do you have Sky+HD?

Well I am getting cannot purchase this programme on Sky Sports and Movie channels and have a full subscription for both.This is happening intermittently.Have rebooted box
