Tv inteference
The picture keeps breaking up
& the sound goes off it's almost unwatchable when the wind is blowing and raining?

Sounds like a dish issue. If it is, Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, but if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense (or upgrade to Sky Q where any dish issue will be resolved on installation), or change to Glass/Stream.
