Tree blocking dish.

Does anyone know what the options are if a tree now in full bloom has started to effect my signal.  How easy is it to get the dish moved slightly and who do I contact to do this ?  I have sky insurance should I contact them ?

Yes, if you have Sky Protect, contact them and explain the issue to them.

@SPEEDY2

If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post suggested they wouldn't send an engineer - but did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.

Re: Tree blocking dish.

As a work around until the Tree is chopped or it sheds the leaves could I just use sky go through my lap top or console plugged into tv ?

Yep, Sky Go would be better than nothing, I use it on my Xbox Series X as I rarely watch any TV and my Sky+ box is unplugged most of the time 🙂

If Streaming from Sky Go is OK for you then you could move to Sky Stream 🙂 and the tree problem could then be ignored 🙂
