Timing out setting

My tv appears to time out but this is featured is not enabled in the tv settings so assuming this is a fu action if my SKY + box. Where can I find and change this setting?

I believe that the Sky+HD Box will turn off if the remote isn't used for 4 hours. I don't think there's a way to change this.
