@Tvsky2025  Nothing can or will happen on the back of a post in a public community from an unlinked account.

 

No one at Sky would know who you are from your login, you will need to call Sky to discuss moving from Sky+HD to Sky Q

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

There is no engineer support for Sky+ or Sky+ HD any more, and it's no longer possible to transfer Viewing Cards between boxes.  Sky will only 'upgrade' to Q, Glass or Stream.
