Hi all,
I am in charge of fixing technical issues for my parents, but cannot wrap my head around this.
In the previous few days this error has been popping up on more and more channels, preventing us from watching things. We have had the same card for I think over 8 years and we have not ordered anything new. I've tried to re-activate the current card online, but because I cannot access the 'my account' tab on the skybox, I cannot access the sky account number to do so (it says I don't have access because the card is not authorised)
I'm not sure what to do to remedy this as what I am reading online from those who have the same error message is that these individuals HAVE ordered something.
Any help?!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePhone Sky ,they can pair the card remotely or send out a new card
