Telephone line NOT CONNECTED
Can't watch Sky TV, on the services screen it says telephone line 'not connected'.
Is this a physical issue i.e. a broken cable etc?

What TV service do you have from Sky, so Sky Q, Sky+, Sky Glass or Stream ?

Sky+ Box seems to have reset itself, date gone etc.

A telephone line not being connceted should not stop you from using the box as the box itself doesn't need to be connected to one so it might be worth doing a planner rebuild:
Press Services on your remote
Select Help
Select Sky+ Rebuild
This should take no longer than 10 minutes

The dial-up modem functionality of Sky+ HD hasn't been in operation for many years: they weren't included in boxes manufactured from around 2014 and all production had ceased by 2016.

Had a local engineer out, fault with the dish, all sorted now.
