TV stuck on one channel. Remote not working.

Sky kept going into Standby.  I couldn't change settings as remote not working. I changed batteries, still not working with TV. Works when pressing 'interactive' to get off standby. Bought new remote but no difference. TV stuck on BBC1, can't change channel even using the buttons on the Sky box. Any ideas?

First thing to try is turning the box off at the plug for at least 4 minutes, then try again.

Thank you. Tried this but no difference. 
Remote not working with any tvs in house. It's a new ish sky box. Anyone else having issues?

I'm not fully understanding what you mean 😞

Is the TV attached to your Sky box set to the correct HDMI input?

Have you tried pressing the SKY button on your Sky remote, to change the remote to sky mode?
