I have sky signature package, and although TLC is supposed to be included , I am now getting a message to say I need to update subscription to watch it. Trying to get hold of sky is like trying to draw blood from a stone, no issues taking your money, but on your own after that.
Are you trying to access the HD version of the channel without the HD package on your account ?

Yes it was on hd, I hadn't noticed that, I did have hd included but recently renewed contract without it. I've noticed episode 25 which is the ones I want to watch is now on discovery+ which has to be paid for. Becoming a real scam , as now have to pay for tv package and then need to pay extra to watch certain channels
