we have tried to reset the system and it says it didn't fix your problem. Contact us for more help

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, and/or Sky Stream.

 

Satellite TV is on its last legs and is being replaced due to the lack of any new satellites being launched to replace the existing ones that are at the end of their service

@Rosalynd49 looks klike your Sky+ box has had it, I'm afraid. See Sky's help guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/system-fault-06-0-osm

 

Don't be tempted to try to replace your Sky+ box with another Sky+ box. it won't work.
