System failure

I can't get some channels or recordings it tells me I have a problem with the hard drive

@PC43 first try rebuilding your Planner. If that doesn't resolve it, the last resort is a full System Reset. See Sky's guide here on how to carry out both: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-plus/sky-plus-watching-sky-tv/sky-plus-recordings/articles/re...

 

If neither option fixes the problem, I'm afraid you're Sky box has had it, and you'll need to upgrade either to Sky Q (Sky's current satellite platform) or Stream which is Internet based.
