Suddenly cannot watch some channels

I cannot watch certain channels such as number 165 and many others it is saying viewing card is not authorised but I do not have a viewing card

ALL satellite boxes require a viewing card for authorisation, you do have one

If you have a Sky subscription, you have a Viewing Card, most likely behind the pull down flap on the front panel.

 

Have you previously ordered and then cancelled Sky Q?
