What exactly is the error message?

Hi Mark

 

It is saying to upgrade subscription but when i call sky they try to move me onto SkyQ.  (currently have 2 Sky+ boxes).

Sky deactived my multi room subscription and are saying they cant reinsate it.  But they can send a signal allowing it to work for a little while, but then a week or so later, no Sky Channels.  some channels are ok but not the Sports, Movies etc etc.

I want my multi room Sky+ back but its not looking likely?
