Subscription missing

Wnat are you trying to watch when you see this message and do you subscribe to the HD package if you are trying to view an entertainment channel in HD ?

Hi, any Sky channel comes up with the message that I need to upgrade my subscription. I have called Sky and they say that they will sort things out inside 48 hours. I presume it is just a failed viewing card (run old HD box). Thank you

I am trying to watch Sky News, Sky Sports btw. I have 2 HD boxes and 2 viewing cards under the same account. One of them is absolutely fine. All Sky channels run on this no problem.

The 48 hour thing doesn't sound right to me so as it been working for you to
now and you haven't made any changes like ordering Sky Q or Stream/Glass ?

No changes.
The system is old school. Dish and 2 HD boxes, with viewing cards due to poor internet (so Q isn't an option yet).

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
