Hi, any Sky channel comes up with the message that I need to upgrade my subscription. I have called Sky and they say that they will sort things out inside 48 hours. I presume it is just a failed viewing card (run old HD box). Thank you

I am trying to watch Sky News, Sky Sports btw. I have 2 HD boxes and 2 viewing cards under the same account. One of them is absolutely fine. All Sky channels run on this no problem.

No changes.
The system is old school. Dish and 2 HD boxes, with viewing cards due to poor internet (so Q isn't an option yet).

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
