Stv HD Channel out of sync

Trying to watch FA cup football and signal keeps dropping, commentary repeats and then out of sync. All other channels are fine. When I switch channels and come back to stv hd it's fine for a couple of minutes then same issue happens again?

To confirm - you have Sky+, not Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream?

Check your signal strengths (Services > Settings > Signal) after tuning to STV HD. The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.

Yes - I have sky + . I've checked the signal bars and they are all good?

Can you clarify what you mean by the signal .keep dropping? What happens on screen? Any error message?
