Some HD channels missing

Went to watch Sky Sports Mix on 416 today and it's in SD despite all the other Sky Sports Channels being in HD as normal. The HD version is listed at channel 873, but if you go to that it says "Find out how to upgrade to get this channel" even though we've got an HD package. We can watch most other channels in HD as normal, there's just a few that are affected (SSNews, Eurosport).

Are you able to receive the likes of Shy Showcase, Witness and Atlantic in HD? Sky Sports Mix HD is part of the standard HD pack with those channels, rather than included in the Sports HD pack.

Have just checked (those aren't channels we usually watch) and indeed they are only available as SD also. Yet we haven't changed our package recently (to my knowledge anyway). Looks like I'll have to ring Sky to double check I guess.
