Require a replacement Sky+ Remote Control

Remote control is malfunctioning - will not respond to buttons. Battery has been replaced very recently.  require a replacemnt Sky+ Remote Control

You can buy one from the Sky Store or probably more cheaply from a non-Sky online retailer or your local supermarket/hardware store.
