Slky tv

I called last week to discuss bill as parr of new contract had key points email and within that was stating that my sky tv bax may stop working 2025 on asking aboit rhis and upgrading was told they can upgrwde free of charge however i was sent i broadband box.  I had issue few year again when upgraded as wasent getting the speed that i was paying for and got new epuipment.  So my tv box is starting not recording any of my programmes.  I have found last calls extremely difficult due to communication issues and both were quite unhelpful.  Any help would be gtratefylly recieved.

It's the Sky Q Hub (router) which has a scheduled end-of-support date in December 2025: they are being replaced with a Sky Broadband Hub (or a Max Hub if the user chooses to take up the WiFi Max subscription supplement)

 

Sky would undoubtedly prefer Sky+ HD users to migrate to the Sky Q television platform, but no deadline for that has been announced, and probably won't be.

 

Engineer support for Sky+ HD and like for like equipment replacement has already ceased.
