I've just upgraded my Sky package to get darts. It's working on the main room but not in my other room with multi room box, says the box isn't getting a satellite signal at all

That's quite possible. The Multiscreen box is connected to different ports on the LNB (on the arm of the dish) and uses a different cable(s), both of which can develop a fault affecting the signal of some channels.
