Skye box

I phoned Skye yesterday and they said I need a new box which will cost me £99  I am a pensioner and I can't afford it. They said they would get back to me in 3 days time.  I am 72 years old and have fallen over and broken my shoulder I can not do much and am very disappointed in Skye services

Do you actually have Sky+ or Sky+ HD? 

 

So basically Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.

 

You can no longer pair a viewing card to any other Sky+ / Sky+HD box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024 so a replacement Sky+ box won't work.

 

You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

May we ask why you called Sky in the first place, do you have an issue with your Sky+ box ?
