Sky tv viewing issues
Good morning, we're currently struggling to watch recording and live tv. It's been like this for a few week now

Welcome to the Sky Community 🙂 Just so you know, we're mainly customers here and it's unlikely that Sky will reply to you.
Tell us more about the problems you're having watching live TV and recordings. What's actually happening? Any error message?

Re: Sky tv viewing issues
Well we've had problems for over a week or so, but recordings are failing and we can't actually watch any live tv. It's like the dish has been disturbed but there's nothing blocking it

Re: Sky tv viewing issues
As @Mark39 has asked, any error message coming up on your screen such as 'no satellite signal'? That would suggest your dish has become out of alignment and would need an engineer to rectify.

@ScottPilk highlight a failed recording in your Planner and press the i button on your remote. The reason for failure will be displayed at the end of the programme summary on screen. What does it say?
