Problems with BT Sport 1 and 3 via SKY

Other BT channels working fine so it cant be the box but recently it has started saying no signal for 1 and 3.

Does anyone have any idea why who's might be?

If it is saying "No Satellite Signal" then your dish might be slightly out of alignment

Thanks for your answer and I thought that maybe something to do with it but I was loath to get an engineer to re align it when every other channel works fine including other BT channels. In any case, I am now thinking it must have been at the Sky/BT end as sudddenly today with no intervention it has started working well again.
