Sky + relay box not working

I have unplugged and restarted both the main control box and the signal relay box but still no signal to the second tv. The main box is working perfectly. The relay box is showing only 2 green lights. The middle light is out.

@Harv8 Are referring to a Multi room box or the magic eye device?

 

If it's a Magic eye you may be able to locate a 2nd hand one.

 

However, if any Sky+HD boxes (Main or Multi room) are not working then I'm afraid it's the end of that particular box as these are no longer supported by Sky, even if you obtained a 2nd hand replacement you would not be able to pair your viewing card to it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Harv8 there's no 'signal relay box' for Sky+ equipment. Do you have Sky Q and are you referring to a Sky Q,Mini box?
