Sky+problems

My sky box was working perfectly well, but sky decided to cancel everything i.e. recording, catchup, series link recording!

not a word to tell me this was happening all because they want me to upgrade to sky q.

so can't use box but am still paying monthly for nothing. Communication might have been an idea.

Have Sky confirmed that? I've never heard of them doing that, nor would they be likely to.

 

Tell us what on screen message you're seeing from which you've concluded that Sky have cancelled everything.

How have you come to that conclusion as it is more likely that there is a fault with your box than anything that Sky has done.
