Sky plus box won’t connect to broadband

My sky plus box won't connect to my broadband. The help has nothing and I can't find a phone number to speak to anyone

I have Vodafone router and this has had a factory reset, so I need help from sky. It is NOT a problem with broadband.

Turn both your Sky box and your router off at the plug. Turn on your router after 30 seconds and wait another 4 minutes before turning on your Sky box. Then check to see if they connect.

I have done that 4 times, still not sorted
