Sky+ playback not available
I rang to cancel my subscription as the cost was too high. The cancellation process was started. Sky then rang me and made a good offer so i reinstated my contract. I have the older sky+ box, the advisor asked if i wanted to upgrade to sky Q box but i declined and they said that was ok.
Since that call, my record/rewind function no longer works, and i cannot access any sky channels - only freeview ones.
can anyone give any advice for this or is it another phonecall to sky?

Just tried the new install and nothing has changed unfortunately. I have tried restarting the box afterwards as well

Sounds like you'll need to contact Sky again

What have you for a Message on Screen whe you go to 106/806 SKY Showcase?

okay if you have the same Message on 806 channel Showcase HD your card has been Disabled, and you need a new Activation Signal. You have to call SKY...
You can in one meanwhile Press the Yellow button. And then on View Bill... And tell what for message you get for a Message, in my case that..
