Sky not working

my sky is showing a message updating software. Do not disconnect from mains supply or satellite dish. This can take up to 10 minutes. However, it's been more than 10 minutes and still nothing

There are no software updates

 

Check the backup button on the top of the Sky box is not depressed

 

Pull the power plug out for 5 minutes, then plug back in
