Problem with hard disc drive interactive services not available no listings available and now the tv is stuck and flashing

@frkicjdp6 sounds as though your Sky box has failed, I'm afraid. You'll need to contact Sky to upgrade to one of their current TV platforms, either Sky Q (satellite based) or Sky Stream (internet based).
