Sky not working

Says I need to upgrade to sky, been with sky 20 years

This happens about once a fortnight then I contact sky they ask loads of questions, which are irrelevant then send a signal? Then it works!!!! For another 2 weeks 🤷‍♂️😡

As Sky+ (where you've posted) is a legacy product no longer supported by Sky the agents will be very limited in what they can advise you or be able to do remotely.

 

Now might be an appropriate time to upgrade to Sky Q or switch to Stream or Sky Glass.

WE've seen a few posts here reporting the same. No idea why it happens to only some subscribers. Short of upgrading, you'll have to contact Sky every time, it seems.
