Sky + not working

For some reason my Sky+ box no longer lets me record a show and watch another at the same time.  I used to be able to do this but doesn't work at all now.  If I want to record a show I have to watch it or cancel the recording.  Can someone please advise on how to rectify this.

What are your signal strengths like, found via settings > signal ?

(Two for Input 1 and two for Input 2)

@Neenio44 I can think of only two possibilities causing this. Either you have Single Feed Mode turned on in your Sky box settings or one of tje cables from your dish isn't carrying a signal as others have suggested.
