Sky not recording

@Kim19682 If you have Sky+HD and the box has failed Sky no longer supports this system your only option is to move to Sky Q

@Kim19682 if the hard disk has failed, then your only option is to upgrade.
You could try rebuilding your Planner, and if that doesn't help, a full System Reset as described in Sky's help guide here. If neither resolves the problem, your box is beyond recovery, I'm afraid.

And if the box is toast don't be tempted to buy a second hand one. It won't work as you can't pair a viewing card to any other Sky+ / Sky+HD box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024.
You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.
