Sky multiroom
Sky took off my multiroom when I requested Sky Q but this couldn't be fitted . Now I can't get multiroom on my old box . Spoke to tidy bloke on Sky customer service who tried to re-install but my box just sending message that box is initialising. Been waiting ages to no avail!!!!! Any ideas ??

Initialising usually indicates the box cannot get a signal from the dish
