Sky mini TV unavailable no satellite signal has been on for a week now.

Hi

I don't know what is wrong this message has been showing for a week now. I thought maybe this is due to flooding. But looking it up, it says no problems in my area. I do not pay for sky, but still have a dish and use the Sky + HD box to get basic tv channels...can anyone help and advise what's wrong?

I have tried resetting several times. I looked at the card that's in the slot, its looks burnt out...could this be the reason?
