Sky keeps shutting down hd box

I have a sky hd+ box in my caravan snd Every eeek I have to phone sky to send a signal to my box is there anyway I can do this

Is the address of your caravan the same address that is on your Sky account?

No I have 2 separate viewing cards one in the house and one up the van with different numbers as soon as they send a signal to the card it comes on

This is a breach of Skys T&Cs to have one account at two locations

If, as it seems, you are breaching the T's and C's by using two viewing cards at two separate locations on one account it's not something that can be discussed on here.

The forum cannot be used to break Sky's rules! You may be paying for it but not the correct amount, two addresses requires two seperate accounts
 
If you want to use sky legitimately in a holiday home then Sky Go is what you need to use

Just to clarify, if the box in your caravan is a Multiroom box linked to your home account, that is where you are breaking the T's and C's.

If, however, you have a completely separate account in your caravan to your account at home then I'm guessing you are leaving the box in the caravan unplugged or perhaps not connected to the dish for a period of time. This is why the box isn't getting it's "keep alive" signal, hence having to have the signal re-sent.
