Our TV is showing up on the screen it needs Programming Basically

Basically our TV is not working On the screen it say to Re Programme it 

ok

hi @CaelB 

 

That message is from the TV's internal tuner

 

Just make sure you select the external input (HDMI/Scart etc)  that your SKY HD box is connected to
