Sky eye

I had  Samsung TV downstairs which Ive changed to LG OLED and put Samsung upstairs, I have connected the Sky eye upstairs and the red light is on but when using the remote it doesnt connect with 

TV, nothing appears on the screen. Remote is working ok, new batteries put in.

 

Any ideas please ?

You mean you can't receive Sky on the Samsung TV? Have you scanned the TV's analogue channels to pick up the RF Output channel your Sky box is set to?
