If you have. Sky+ box, they won't,  I'm afraid, unless you have Sky Protect. Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment. You would need to engage a local satellite installer to come out and do the work for you.

Or now might be a convenient time to consider,upgrading to Sky Q or Stream? Any work required to the dosh and cables would be complete at no additi9nal cost to you, as part of the Sky Q installation.
