but to answer your question no , you need a tnt sports subscription which is separate from sky sports subscription

International tour rights are typically sold by the host nation, and these days TNT is bidding more than Sky (particularly where they can distribute into countries where Sky is not a broadcaster)

 

The Sky Cricket channel has ongoing deals with the ECB and ICC for matches and tournaments within the remit of those two organisations.
