Downloads keep failing

Llwynypia - after you've pressed the green button do you have a purple button in the right of the screen? If so, press that and it should take you to where you need to be (I think) 🤞

I entered 1.1.1.1 but some have entered 1.0.0.1, trial and error 😊

I've done that and now I have the following on my screen:
IP Address of this Sky box which I've entered
Subhet - I have no idea what numbers to enter for this
Gateway Router - Again, no idea what this is ether
DNS - I'll enter either what Wheat suggested or what you entered

I spent two hours on a WhatsApp chat and couldn't get this resolved. Keep telling me I need a new box but everything else working. Left as complaint and advised them not only one with issue. Think the are trying to get us off Sky+

That's not the cast is it is not restricted to Skly+, Sky Q customers using Talk Talk broadband are also reporting the same issue

I have the same problem as others, with Talktalk, Catch Up unable to load and not possible to record, it was working fine 2 days ago, I have tried resetting and reconecting my broadband to my Sky+HD box with no success.
Given the number of posts this is clearly a outside issue which most technically challenged customers would struggle to sort out, if indeed that is possible at all.
I still have a old HD Box due to a Sky engineer being unable to fit a SkyQ box this time last year, suggested he needed a 2 man team, very disappointing having set the day aside. My contract is up for renewal shortly, after 20+ years with Sky I am seriously considering calling it a day, ever increasing prices combined with poor customer service and issues like the aforementioned.
If any Sky employee or customer service department member reads this I would welcome a call or PM or email to discuss the situation.
