Sky catch up has stopped working

Sky connect has stopped working. Box is connected to internet bu via my sky+hd box it wont work.

Box and router both restarted

I can only search via Sky Go on my phone.

What's the error message when you try to use Catch Up?

It says I am not connected to my Broadband but I am.  Having followed various options from the Sky website when you get to the one where they have pictures of the screen mine is the OK/Fail version - my pc is nowhere near my tv so please forgive me as I don't know the correct terminology.
